Yoga Brunch Club and Rosie French are partnering up for April with a relaxing morning of yoga and great food.
Enjoy an energizing vinyasa flow yoga session led by Clem Balfour, Yoga Brunch Club founder. Post yoga guests will tuck into a 3-course nourishing feast from Rosie French.
Rosie is a chef, food stylist and photographer based in South London. Rosie cooks beautiful, colourful, unfussy and satisfying food with an emphasis on seasonality and locally sourced ingredients from friend’s allotments and independent suppliers. Rosie is making a special trip to Bristol to cook for this event and I am so pleased to be collaborating with her again.
Clem’s classes encourage a strong focus on linking breath and movement to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment and then to congratulate your efforts with a well-deserved brunch.
The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour in 2014. The idea came from a combination of her great passions yoga and food, on a mission to make yoga more accessible the Yoga Brunch Club was launched.
This will be an all levels vinyasa flow class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advancedyogis there will always be options to deepen any pose.
