We would love to invite you to the launch of the fabulous new PASETTI & BOOTE . Our dear friends Steph & Max have officially joined forces and are hosting a vegetarian supper to celebrate.

The Forge will be transformed for an evening of candlelit dining. Dishes will revolve around vegetarian, ethical and seasonal produce, with simplicity at its heart. Max will of course be rolling fresh pasta, and there will most certainly be some delicious cheese involved, as well as a small natural wine list to choose from. Guests will be greeted and taken care of by Steph and the smashing P&B team as they welcome you with a drink and take care of you for the evening. Come with friends or come alone, there is always room for you at the table.

Pickled fruit with labneh

Chanterelle toasts, chanterelle aioli 

Sauerkraut and ricotta pancakes 


Supper

Persimmon, stracchino, basil oil and pink pepper

Squash ravioli, mustard fruit and sage

Baked celeriac, oyster mushrooms, crispy kale, truffle oil and parmesan 

Cream cheese ice cream sandwich, roasted quince and pecans

Wine

A small natural wine list will be available to buy on the night by the glass or bottle

ABOUT P&B

Pasetti & Boote are Max Pasetti and Stephanie Boote. With a shared passion for ethical and seasonal produce they create menus based on what is best at that time and what they love to eat. Their dishes are honest and straight forward drawing influence from Mediterranean, British and Middle Eastern flavours to compliment and showcase excellent produce, preserving it's integrity. Where Max specialises in Italian food with a background in restaurant service, Steph who has been a vegetarian for over twenty years pays special attention to all that is not meat. 

With a wealth of experience in London and Paris restaurants and wine bars (Bocca Di Lupo, The Yard, Trullo), Bristol is now very much home where they run pop ups and enjoy cooking privately in people‚Äôs homes, whilst they specialise in larger private and corporate events around the country.
