Pasetti & Boote and the Forge are really excited to welcome a fantastic selection of importers and producers of wine & cider from Bristol, Wales and London. Suppliers of some of the best restaurants around the UK, they share a real passion for their wine/cider and low intervention production methods.
Guests will have a chance to taste around 50 wines from all over Europe as well as stunning ciders and perry. Each supplier or producer will be at The Forge to talk through what they have chosen to bring to the tasting, where and how it has been produced, and it's characteristics.
Tickets are £15, with all proceeds being donated to The Square Food Foundation.
This will be a brilliant opportunity to try some wines and cider made by small domain producers who maintain a respect for their land and in the making of their product.

Pasetti & Boote are Max Pasetti and Stephanie Boote. Bristol based, working around the UK and beyond, they work as private chefs, cater parties, weddings and run pop up events open to the public. With different kitchen backgrounds, one with a passion for Italian food, and the other vegetarian for many years with an emphasis on nutrition and food styling, their focus is the same - to make delicious dishes using the most ethical produce they can lay their hands on, treating it simply and with respect. During a stint in Paris Max and Steph’s interest in low intervention wines and cider grew and they are excited to be working again with their friends Silkie and Si at The Forge in putting on this event.
