Max and Steph aka 'Pasetti and Boote are back! ' to host an Autumn gathering here at the Forge. Join us at the table for a long lazy lunch. Bring friends, make new ones and celebrate the simple pleasure of food, wine and good conversation. Please don’t feel you can’t come alone if you fancy coming along, loads of people do. About Pasetti and Boote
Italian/Welsh Max Pasetti, having come to head chef at Bristol's Bar Buvette via Trullo, Bocca Di Lupo, Carousel in London and Yard in Paris, now joins forces with Stephanie Boote on the floor, to bring you the food and wine they love to eat and drink. Steph is a freelance chef who was mentored by Peckham Bazaar's Jon Lenka, going on to head up Gingerline's kitchen. She specialises in creating bespoke wedding menus and running events. She is also a food stylist for print & film.
