Pop Up | Yoga Brunch Club - all levels

Come and find some inner space and calm as you flow through a deep and dynamic practice in the beautiful surroundings of the Forge, and then refuel with a delicious brunch

Yoga Brunch Club and Ceres, head chef Daniel Ingram are teaming up to bring a healthy start to your weekend with a morning of yoga and an Aussie style brunch.

The morning at The Forge will start with a relaxing flowing vinyasa flow yoga session that is suitable for all levels. Guests will then tuck into a healthy spring Melbourne inspired feast from the Cerescoffe team

Having spent a few years working and living in Melbourne, Bristol chef Daniel Ingram was so inspired by his time out there he has brought back a piece of Oz in the shape of his new Stokes Croft cafe. Before his time in Australia, Daniel worked for three years under celebrity chef Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck, the three Michelin-starred restaurant in Berkshire, as well as Blumenthal's one-star gastropub The Hinds Head.

This will be an all levels yoga class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats are available to reserve, which you can do when booking. Changing facilities are available. Please give details of any dietary requirements and the Ceres team will do there best to accommodate them.

Clem Balfour founded Yoga Brunch Club and has been running monthly pop-ups since she founded it in 2014. She teaches vinyasa flow in various studios in South London, expect a fun and challenging practice set to a funky playlist.  As this is an all levels class, beginners are welcomed and encouraged and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Clem’s classes encourage a strong focus on linking breath and movement to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment and then to congratulate your efforts with a well-deserved brunch..
