Enjoy a relaxing flowing vinyasa flow yoga session led by Clem Balfour, Yoga Brunch Club founder. Post yoga guests will tuck into a healthy Vietnamese inspired 3-course feast from Uncle Ho's. Run by Chris Mackensie, Uncle Ho's brings Vietnam’s famous street food to Bristol and the South West. Chris run’s his own food stall popping up around the city serving up a range of delicious banhi mi sandwiches, fresh spiced salads and pho noodles using the finest British ingredients.
The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour in 2014. The idea came from a combination of her great loves, bringing people together with yoga, music and a lovely sit-down family style meal.
This will be an all levels yoga class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats are available to reserve, which you can do when booking. Changing facilities are available. Please give details of any dietary requirements and the Ceres team will do there best to accommodate them.
Clem Balfour founded Yoga Brunch Club and has been running monthly pop-ups since she founded it in 2014. She teaches vinyasa flow in various studios in South London, expect a fun and challenging practice set to a funky playlist. As this is an all levels class, beginners are welcomed and encouraged and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Clem’s classes encourage a strong focus on linking breath and movement to direct attention inward and become more aware of each moment and then to congratulate your efforts with a well-deserved brunch..
