Pop Up | Herbs and Wild Supper Club

This Autumn we are delighted to welcome Hannah Thomas, founder of ‘Herbs and Wild’ Supper Club and currently a chef at the much loved Ethicurian, to share the food she is passionate about cooking. Her second supper club will be an exploration of unusual herbs and wild foods available in the British autumn season.

Since finishing at Ballymaloe cookery school cooking course last December, Hannah has been working as a chef at The Ethicurean, where she has continued to develop her knowledge of seasonal cooking, wild food and fermentation. She particularly enjoys playing with unusual flavour combinations to transform often humble, restricted ingredients into creative plates of food.

Seasonal eating helps cultivate a more resilient and sustainable food system, the ingredients are in their prime and therefore taste their best, and we aim to encourage people to build a stronger connection with the food they eat by making the most of what's on our doorstep.

You will be welcomed with a specially created cocktail, introducing you to the theme of the evening, an exploration of unusual herbs and wild foods available in the British autumn season. This will be followed by a 3-course set menu created and prepared by Hannah and her Ballymaloe cookery school contemporary, Lucy Ellwood.

At the end of the evening there will be a special farewell treat for you to enjoy and a selection of Herbs and Wild themed homemade produce, reflective of the evening menu, which you will have the opportunity to purchase for gifts or personal treats.

Your ticket includes:
