We are delighted to be welcoming Max and Steph aka "A Tavola" who will be hosting an Autumn gathering here at the Forge. Join us at the table for an evening of rustic regional Italian food and natural wine. Bring friends and make new ones and celebrate the simple pleasure of food, wine and good conversation.
Italian / Welsh Max Pasetti having previously been at Trullo, Boca Di Lupo, Carousel and Yard in Paris, has just moved to Bristol to head chef at the much loved Bar Buvette. Stephanie Boote is a freelance chef who headed up Gingerlines kitchen and worked with The Last Days of Pisco amongst others and loves to create beautiful wedding food. She is also a food stylist for print & film.
Both Max and Steph have a real love for natural wines and will be showcasing a hand selected collection throughout the evening
