We are delighted to once again be welcoming Max and Steph aka 'A Tavola' to host an Autumn gathering here at the Forge. Join us at the table for an evening of rustic regional Italian food and natural wine. Bring friends and make new ones and celebrate the simple pleasure of food, wine and good conversation.
Italian/Welsh Max Pasetti, having come to head chef at Bristol's Bar Buvette via Trullo, Bocca Di Lupo, Carousel in London and Yard in Paris, now joins forces with Stephanie Boote on the floor, to bring you the food and wine they love to eat and drink. Steph is a freelance chef who was mentored by Peckham Bazaar's Jon Lenka, going on to head up Gingerline's kitchen. She specialises in creating bespoke wedding menus and running events. She is also a food stylist for print & film.

Menu : To be confirmed shortly. Expect squab pigeon with guanciale and polenta, and burnt ricotta cherry pie.
Drinks: Both Max and Steph have a real love of natural wine and will be showcasing a special selection throughout the evening for guests to buy. Within your ticket price expect aperitivo on arrival and house made digestivo to round off your meal.
