Enjoy a energising and calming evening yoga class led by Clem Balfour, founder of Yoga Brunch Club. Clem’s classes are creative, playful and dynamic, teaching with a wonderful infectious energy. Post yoga guests will be treated to a glass of bubbles and well-deserved 3-course summer inspired supper prepared by Bristol based food writer, stylist and cook Anna Shepherd. Anna has worked on a range of vegetarian food projects, from writing cookbooks, to cooking and styling food shoots for The Telegraph Magazine and Whole Earth nut butters. Alongside her own veg-centric recipe writing and supper clubs, she has developed recipes for Anna Jones's best-selling 'The Modern Cook's Year’ and Salma Hage’s ‘The Mezze Cookbook’..
The Yoga Brunch Club was founded by Clem Balfour over four years ago. The idea came from a combination of her great passions yoga and food, on a mission to make yoga more accessible the Yoga Brunch Club was launched. These run monthly in London and Bristol, with a few Yoga Supper Club's and retreats also added into the mix.
This will be an all levels yin and yang class. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged, and for the more advanced yogis there will always be options to deepen any pose. Expect a relaxing and nourishing class, which is going to set you up for a very good nights rest.

Anna is a vegetarian food writer, food stylist and cook. She has worked on a number of vegetarian cookbooks, from Anna Jones’s A Modern Cook’s Year, to The Mezze Cookbook, both styling the food on the pages and developing and testing recipes for them. She has taught and cooked at food festivals, in village halls and in homes around the country. Anna has an unfussy, veg-packed, flavour & pleasure first approach to what she eats and cooks.
Clem is an adventurous, fun teacher drawing on her experience after finding yoga over a decade ago, to teach uplifting classes.Clem teaches an ever-changing sequence inspired by vinyasa flow (aligning breath and movement), which allows her to respond to the energy in the room. Her classes are often set to a modern playlist, combining elements of Yin and Yang, to help balance out your energy and allow you to experience the effects of Yoga for your body and your mind.
Founder of the Yoga Brunch Club, she is on a mission to break down barriers and make yoga more accessible for everyone. The events and retreats are designed to give you the opportunity to pause, breathe, stretch, eat and connect with a new group of people who share similar interests.
