The A Tavola team are back at The Forge on Sunday March 11th, Mothering Sunday, for three sittings throughout the afternoon and evening, serving a set three course menu to our guests. We will be showcasing some excellent wines to buy by the glass from Vinnaturo, straight from Tom's fantastic new eco friendly keg system. There will also be Italian natural wines available to buy by the bottle too.

International Women’s Day 2018 hosted by Murmuration

Join us to celebrate International Women's Day 2018 , in this historic year that marks 100 years since the first women in the UK gained the right to vote. Murmuration, in partnership with the Forge and Creative Youth Network, are bringing together brilliant creative women and girls in Bristol to connect, inspire and celebrate this historic moment. All proceeds from tickets will be donated to support a new project from the Creative Youth Network: providing a female only support group for young Somalian girls in the Barton Hill area of Bristol.

As part of Tamay's first visit to the UK join us for an evening at the Forge.

Tamay tells her story : her culture, the textiles, the future ...
This will be an engaging visual feast, we are going to take you travelling to the North Vietnamese mountains to discuss indigo, embroidery, living sustainably the Dzao way, ethical fashion and the importance of artisans in that conversation.
